We wouldn't stay there again .

Having the train underneath the building was bonus . I didn't realize that the accommodation was on a high floor . Didn't have breakfast , there's no restaurant . Staff were friendly .

I had to call the staff upon arrival the room wasn't clean . Finger marks on the stairwell side facing the lounge very noticeable , same with the T.V screen . Marks on the oven exhaust . Around the stainless bottom of the kitchen island was dirty . Hadn't been wiped in a long time , no stainless steel cleaning at all . The vinyl floor is dirty just a damp mop each day The floor hasn't been stripped and sealed for years . The air con unit over the bed makes a noise all night every night even when it's off , might be normal I don't know , but it's annoying .

The view! Location was great for me although away from the city centre. The MRT was excellent and there was a station under the complex. The staff were very helpful and the apartment was cleaned every other day. Supermarket (expensive!) and restaurants in the complex. The desk in the bedroom area was perfect for me.

The only place to eat in the apartment was on the kitchen work surface. Cooking facilities limited to microwave/small 'oven' and kettle.

Overall, I would definitely rent out the apartment again price point for value was high

Even though I was there for leisure, and that seem to be more of a work area, the apartment was amazing. Also located underneath the MRT station plenty of places to eat, and the grocery store.

Even though it’s an apartment, I did expect better service on replacing towels and sheets I understand the difference between a hotel, and an apartment, if anything, have extra sheets on hand in the apartment.

Good

The location was great - next to the MRT, and access to cafes and local hawker food. Reception was very welcoming.

The sheets smelt old and musky, and the washing machine wasn't working great - clothes were still dirty. Breakfast wasn't free either and was pretty expensive for the quantity/quality of food offered.

Fantastic location. There is food court at the basement of the adjacent building. The train station is also located there. It's sheltered from rain and sun.

Peaceful and Convenient

Citadines Fusionpolis has been my favorite wind down nest. Apartment is very well kept and most importantly, very clean. Environment is peaceful and conveniently located above MRT Station. Conveniently, there are many eateries and supermarket within the same building. Citadines front desk and housekeeping team are very friendly and helpful too.

Really enjoyed the apartment, great views, super helpful with grocery store in the building

We really appreciated having 2 full bathrooms & kitchen

Loft bedroom so noise traveled within the apartment. We also heard music a couple of nights from next door but not too disruptive. Would suggest dishes/silverware for at least 3 instead of two.

Wonderful

I booked this accomodation for a good friend and was pleasently surprised with the service, cleanliness and location. My friend had just gone through a painful surgery, so this quiet yet convenient location where all food and train station are nearby is a big help. I would suggest an improvement to provide a universal power adaptor for guests from other countries as the power socket caters only to local Asian regions. Other then that, I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you

Highly recommend for short or long stays!

Staff was lovely, everything was clean, air conditioning worked well, having a washer / dryer was very handy, two bathrooms in our loft was nice, and all the food options and grocery store close by was a nice perk of the area. We didn’t use the free coffee downstairs, but there was also a coffee bar and breakfast/snack area in the lobby for guests as well, which is convenient for a quick snack

Our couch may have been missing the back cushions because it was very hard, so we used our pillows from the bed. The bed was also quite firm, so not the most comfortable after a long flight.

Good option for a serviced apartment

Really large apartment with great views over the city, and conveniently located above the MRT, Cold Storage (Grocery), and a food court. The apartment is modern, spacious, and well designed.

Great loft apartment stay in Singapore.

spacious apartment, great views, included breakfast, helpful and kind staff, MRT station in the building, Timbre+ food park and other food options nearby

The first apartment we stayed in was missing the back cushions on the sofa, so we used our extra bed pillows.
